I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff were really friendly and respectful, making an effort to ensure we felt comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean and well-kept. On the other hand, the room was not ideal; the air conditioning didn’t work, and the first night was rather uncomfortable because of the heat. The issue with payments was really frustrating, too. Overall, not the best stay.
